Hi there,
               My husband and I havent broken up, he just works away, 400 kl away. He only comes home once a month for 4 days. When he comes home he has to catch up with his family and any appointments that he has which doesnt leave much time for us. Plus he is not one to discuss things and  does  not want to see what Im going through. My friends only want to know me when they have problems and there is only so much you can share with your parents. Plus I dont want to burden them. I have tried to talk to husband  but he just doesnt seem to see any problems.

Sorry to hear that the breakup of your marriage has been especially difficult. You will make lots of new friends and your life a marvoulous adventure. Good luck on your new journey.
I am a divorcee and have found that embracing life and change is a marvoulous and not so scarey thing. Look at it this way, new friends, new life, new journey, lots of excitment... out with the old and in with the new..

It must have been hard. I havnt lost anyone recently but my husband
and my two eldest(daughters) moved away to work leaving myself and my
20 yr old son at home. He only moved back 18 mth ago. But I find it
hard to talk to him about alot of things. The girls have their own
lifes and I dont like to intrude. Plus there are somethings you just
cant talk to them about. My Husband thinks "here we go again" Im
sure.He only comes home for 4 days a month so he doesnt want to hear
about it. So having someone to talk to like this might help. I havent
gone through as much as you have though. Makes me feal bad that I am
complaining. I too get depression back now and then. Espessialy when
I feel that my family dont care or when everything feals like it is
