Just reading some posts and that and I want to share some things I do for peace and tranquilty and stress relief.
One is cascade juggling, It actually helps relax the mind and while you are doing that you are not thinking of anything bad or sad at all. It can be really enjoyable to learn and lots of fun.
Another one is fire twirling, they have things online with how to make your own things. can be great fun to learn and also a great social thing as well.
Free writting and making sure you just sit there until you have nothing left to write helps get alot of things out and in perpective.
Listening to music if you are able to can be hard for me if I am feeling really really crappy.
Anyway just wanted to share hope everyone has a great weekend.
