When ever, I stuck in such situation of darkness, calling to my real Creator, for real guidance towards pure and sincere light leading towards the world of happiness, peace and tranquility here as well as hereafter. By saying, O my Creator and Sustainer, please forgive me, please guide me towards right track of life pleasing to you through sincere care of your creations particularly human beings only for your pleasure not for any fame or worldly matters. If you're only Creator of this huge universe, all human beings and unseen creations then please mercy over all humanity and unit under one kind global umbrella of generosity, remove all calamities in the world…….. Just want to share my personal experience in response to your concern.

i just went through a period during which i knew i was going to end up in a very dark place.
i could not avoid it but i talked about it with a valued and trusted friend and it helped me when that time arrived, as it is normally a very bad time.
however i believe that a few well chosen and simple words helped me through this time a lot quicker than would have been normally the case.
does any one else have simillar experience that they would like to share, how they cope when they know they are depressed or just low?
i would find it helpfull and i am sure some others would too.
